KPE - CILEGON Every semester in one year work duration, PT Kratakau Posco Energy held Safety Commitment which was attended by employees and outsourcing who worked at PT KPE.

Safety commitment with a purpose to ensure all of work activity in all area PT KPE standardized with safety aspect. Safety commitment conducted as management program to reinforce employee commitment about safety work ethics which stated safety as the main priority of management to reducing accident and injuries in the workplace.

Benefit or outcomes that can be had for a company which implement safety commitment such as increasement of job performance, job satisfaction, and organization commitment to safety regulation.
