Bogor (26/10) – After the year 2018, PT Krakatau Posco Energy (KPE) once again held a Team Building event, emphasizing the importance of clear and open interaction, working together towards a common goal, dedication to team success, and innovative problem-solving within a team to improve collaboration and employee performance.

The Team Building activity was held at Jambuluwuk Resort, Bogor, for 2 days and 1 night, divided into two batches: October 26–27 for Batch 1 and November 9–10 for Batch 2. The Team Building agenda was designed to be diverse, allowing employees to strengthen their bonding and camaraderie with one another. Employees participated in several activities such as Financial Planning Training, Forum Group Discussion, Outbound & Games, Fellowship Night wearing costumes, and on the next day, rafting to boost adrenaline and team cohesion.

In this agenda, the Forum Group Discussion is a group discussion with the topic “KPE’s Plan for Business Development” played an important role in building employees’ spirit and expectations to express ideas and insights related to KPE’s business development mission. The expected outcome of this FGD was to unify perceptions regarding KPE’s vision, mission, and targets, with the hope of reaching shared understanding and new alignment among employees that KPE is serious in its business development plan, which requires the involvement and support of all employees.

Through this Team Building, it is hoped that employees will return with refreshed hearts and minds to continue contributing and growing together with KPE.
